Prepare the required ingredients for the chicken breast gazpacho. Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Peel the garlic and onions. Rinse and dry the vegetables, lemon and parsley thoroughly. Peel the bell pepper from seeds and core. Cut the prepared vegetables into several pieces.
If you like spicy, adjust the amount of garlic and onions. Squeeze out the required amount of lemon juice, add Tabasco sauce, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly. Put the fried chicken fillet on a dish. Transfer the gazpacho to a deep bowl, salad bowl, or bowl. Serve with chicken breast.
You can freeze some of the gazpacho in the freezer. And when necessary, remove from the freezer and let it defrost a little. This will not affect the taste in any way.
