Gazpacho with cheese

Gazpacho is considered a light and hearty dish at the same time. Soup is able to satisfy both hunger and thirst. And adding cheese will make it even more nutritious and rich.

We will prepare all the necessary products. For lunch for two, use one large cucumber or 3-4 medium cucumbers.

We wash and dry the spinach thoroughly. If too long stems are present, then they should be removed, since we need leaves for the soup.

Peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin slices.

Cut the cucumber into rings and send it to the blender. Add spinach, oregano, garlic and salt to this. Grind.
