Gazpacho green

Green gazpacho is made with cucumbers and green bell peppers. The soup turns out to be light and fresh, but at the same time appetizing and satisfying. Try a dish for your lunch.

We wash the peppers, cut them into halves and take out the core. We send the halves to the oven for 10 minutes. We bake at a temperature of 180 degrees.

We wash the cucumbers, cut off the tails. Put the main part of the vegetables in a blender and grind.

Remove the peels from the baked peppers and add to the cucumbers. Grind again.

Chop fresh parsley and green onions. Add garlic cloves, wheat bread and sea salt to them.

We process the ingredients in a blender to a gruel state and add to the rest of the products. Squeeze out lemon juice, pour in olive oil, vinegar and cold water. Mix thoroughly and send the soup to the refrigerator to cool completely.
