Gneda with minced meat and cheese in a pan

Nests of pasta, minced meat and cheese look very original on a plate and whet your appetite, you really want to try them. Such a simple dish can be easily prepared for lunch.

Wash and grate the tomatoes. Peel the garlic and chop finely with a knife. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Add half the onion to the minced meat, salt, season and mix well.

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan, put the second part of the onion, fry for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Then add the garlic and tomatoes, fry for 5 minutes, salt and season to taste.

Place the pasta nests in the skillet on top of the tomato fry. Spread a tablespoon of minced meat on top of them.

Sprinkle grated cheese over the nests. Pour boiling water into the pan so that it almost completely covers the pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes, covered. Sprinkle fresh herbs on the nests before serving.
