Minced meat nests, like many hot dishes, have a large variety of options, and each housewife prepares them according to her own ideal recipe. I want to share my favorite and simple, in my opinion, recipe for minced meat nests with mushrooms, cooked in the oven.

Peel the onions and garlic, then chop with a knife. Fill the bun with milk. Add the soggy bun to the minced meat after wringing it out. Then break the chicken egg, add chopped onions and garlic, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix the minced meat thoroughly. Divide the prepared minced meat into equal parts.

Prepare a baking dish or baking sheet. Cover with baking paper, brush with a little vegetable oil. Lay out the minced meat and form the meat nests, make a depression in the center.

Place the pre-fried mushrooms in each well.
