Minced meat nests with mushrooms cooked in the oven are great for lunch or dinner. The dish turns out to be balanced, aromatic and incredibly tasty. Nests can be prepared both for a festive table and on a regular day. Cook and your family will love it.

First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients for the minced meat nests with mushrooms. Measure out the required amount of minced meat. Peel the onions and rinse under cold water.

Put the minced meat in a deep bowl, add bread crumbs, grain and mustard. Then break one chicken egg, salt, and add black pepper to taste.

Mix the minced meat thoroughly.

Chop the peeled onions with a sharp knife. Peel the champignons and then cut into thin slices. Place in a preheated and oiled skillet.
