Minced meat nests with cheese and tomatoes in the oven

I propose to cook incredibly tasty, juicy and tender minced meat nests with cheese and tomatoes in the oven. This hearty dish is perfect for lunch, dinner or even a family celebration. Fragrant nests are served as a separate dish, or supplemented with a side dish. The dish goes well with fresh vegetables and herbs.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Peel the onions and rinse under cold water, chop with a sharp knife. Put the minced meat in a deep bowl, add chopped onions, salt, ground paprika and black pepper. Mix the minced meat thoroughly with your hands and beat well.
step 2 out of 6
Divide the prepared minced meat into equal parts, and form meat nests, make a depression in the center. Heat the pan well and lay out the nests, fry over moderate heat on one side.
step 3 out of 6
Prepare a baking tray. Cover with baking paper or brush with a little vegetable oil. Lay out the fried meat nests.
step 4 out of 6
Wash the tomatoes and bell peppers thoroughly under cold water, then dry, remove the seeds with the core and stalks, cut into cubes. Also cut the hard cheese into cubes. Mix the filling well in a separate bowl. Place the filling in each cavity.
step 5 out of 6
Beat the egg yolk with a fork, and then grease the sides of the meat nests. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the nests for 25-30 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
After the time has elapsed, carefully remove the form with nests of minced meat with cheese and tomatoes from the oven, cool slightly, put on a serving dish. Rinse the dill under water, dry and chop with a knife. Sprinkle the meat nests on top and serve.

Bon Appetit!
