You are offered an interesting recipe for preparing a light, beautiful and tasty summer dish from the first young zucchini. We prepare the nests from grated zucchini with boiled rice and hard cheese. Put chopped minced chicken breast and fried carrots and onions into the zucchini nests. You can take any minced meat, even fish.
