This simple and mouth-watering dish is made with special pasta with a beautiful Italian name - tagliatelle. They look like nests. The dish will be a good alternative to the usual navy pasta. We prepare such pasta in a creamy sauce and bake in the oven. For minced meat, use minced pork mixed with chicken, as beef does not go well with creamy sauce.

They contain 12 slots, which is enough for 4 servings. Leave the pasta and first prepare the creamy pasta sauce.

Peel and rinse the onion and carrots. Then cut the onion into small cubes, and chop the carrots on a coarse grater. Heat a skillet with a little vegetable oil and fry the chopped onions until golden brown. Then transfer the carrots to it and fry them until soft.

Pour cream to the fried vegetables (you can replace them with 2 tablespoons of sour cream), add a glass of water, salt to your liking, stir and simmer for a few minutes. The creamy sauce is ready.

Transfer the minced meat to a separate bowl, add one finely chopped onion, salt and ground black pepper to it and mix everything well.

Dip the pasta in boiling water for 1 minute, just do not boil it.

Grease a baking dish with a little oil. Transfer the pasta nests from boiling water directly to the prepared form.

Pour creamy vegetable sauce over the nests. If it is not enough, because the pasta should be completely covered with the sauce, then add water to the mold.

Bake the dish in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 50 minutes. You can cover the pasta with a piece of foil or a lid on top so that they do not get chapped on top. Serve the finished dish hot and with a light vegetable salad.
