Spaghetti nests with minced meat and cheese

For lovers of pasta, an unusual way of cooking them with minced meat and cheese is offered. Nests are usually prepared from special pasta. But if there are none, then you can cook them from ordinary spaghetti. The spaghetti is boiled a little and then rolled up in nests, stuffed with minced meat and baked in the oven under a cheese crust. The dish will be beautiful and delicious.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
First, prepare all the food in the correct quantity. Take minced meat, as it cooks faster, but you can also take mixed minced meat. For mince, chop the chicken breast finely with a knife.
step 2 out of 9
Place the minced meat in a separate bowl. Add to it the egg, the onion, chopped into small cubes, the cloves of garlic, and salt and black pepper to your liking. Then knead the minced meat well.
step 3 out of 9
In a large saucepan, boil the spaghetti until half cooked to form nests easily. Place the spaghetti in a colander and cool.
step 4 out of 9
To bake the nests, take a dish with high sides and grease it well with butter. From semi-boiled spaghetti by hand, or by twisting the pasta on a fork, form beautiful identical nests with a depression for the filling right in the shape.
step 5 out of 9
Put the prepared minced meat into the nests compactly and with a slide. Then grease them with a mixture of ketchup and sour cream.
step 6 out of 9
Place tomato slices on top of the filling. They will give a little sourness and make the dish more colorful.
step 7 out of 9
Sprinkle medium grated hard cheese over the nests. Pour the rest of the ketchup / mayonnaise mixture into the mold and add some water to keep the dish dry.
step 8 out of 9
Bake the nests in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
step 9 out of 9
Transfer the cooked nests of spaghetti with minced meat and cheese to a large platter, decorate with finely chopped parsley and serve.

Bon Appetit!
