Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Transfer the minced chicken to a bowl, sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste and mix well.
step 2 out of 9
Peel the potatoes, wash, boil until tender in salted water. Then drain the water. Put butter to the potatoes and mash the potatoes with a crush.
step 3 out of 9
On a fine grater, grate a piece of hard cheese and transfer it to the mashed potatoes. Whisk in one chicken egg into the puree and mix well again.
step 4 out of 9
Cover the baking tray with a piece of special paper and grease it with vegetable oil. With wet hands from the cooked minced meat, form neat round cakes with a thickness of at least 1 cm and place them on a baking sheet. From this amount of minced meat, you should get 10 pieces.

Put mashed potatoes evenly on top of the minced meat and make a small depression in it. Bake the nests in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 25 minutes.
step 6 out of 9
Break 10 quail eggs into a separate plate.
step 7 out of 9
Remove the baked nests from the oven. Put 1 quail egg in the depression on each nest with a teaspoon.
step 8 out of 9
Place the baking sheet with the nests in the oven for another 5 minutes to bake the eggs.
step 9 out of 9
Arrange the prepared minced meat nests with potatoes on portioned plates and serve.

Bon Appetit!
