Oven minced chicken nests

I suggest preparing a quick and simple meal for a family lunch or dinner. Oven-baked minced chicken nests are nourishing and juicy. They look unusual and appetizing. An excellent alternative to navy pasta.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 11
First of all, prepare all the ingredients you need to make the minced chicken nests. Peel the onions and rinse under cold water.
step 2 out of 11
Chop the peeled onions with a sharp knife. Put a deep frying pan over moderate heat and heat well, then add a small amount of vegetable oil and put the chopped onions and fry until softened.
step 3 out of 11
If you are using frozen minced meat, defrost it beforehand. If no minced meat is available, wash the chicken thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Chop into medium chunks and mince or chop with a blender or food processor. Then put the minced chicken in the pan, stirring occasionally, and fry.
step 4 out of 11
Salt and add black pepper and spices to taste a few minutes until tender.
step 5 out of 11
In the meantime, while the minced meat is cooking, fill in a pot of cold water, salt and bring to a boil. Add the required amount of spaghetti, reduce heat, and, stirring occasionally, cook until al dente. Then drain the spaghetti through a sieve or colander and rinse with cold water.
step 6 out of 11
Prepare a baking sheet, line it with baking paper and lightly brush with a little vegetable oil. Form nests from the boiled spaghetti and make a small indentation in the center.
step 7 out of 11
In a small container, combine homemade adjika and the required amount of mayonnaise. The proportions can be changed according to your own taste preferences. Stir the sauce thoroughly until smooth.
step 8 out of 11
Using a tablespoon, place the prepared minced meat in each nest, evenly distributing it.
step 9 out of 11
Brush with cooked sauce on top.
step 10 out of 11
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle the nests with minced meat on top. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 160 degrees and bake the dish for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts.
step 11 out of 11
Gently remove the hot baking sheet from the oven. Put the finished nests with minced chicken on portioned plates and serve. Garnish with fresh herbs or vegetables if desired.

Bon Appetit!
