According to this recipe, pink salmon is equally good as a main hot dish and as a snack. We will bake the fish in foil to make it as juicy and tender as possible. Be sure to include this dish in the holiday menu and do not forget to prepare a couple of delicious salads for this fish.

First, cut the pink salmon. The carcass must be gutted, scales with fins and entrails removed. Then rinse the fish and cut into pieces.

Dry the fish and add lemon juice, salt and spices to it. The fish should be marinated for a short time.
