Pink salmon on the electric grill

Frying on the electric grill uses a minimum amount of oil, which is very valuable for those who count calories and adhere to a proper diet. Pink salmon cooked on an electric grill turns out to be juicy, since roasting is quick, and valuable moisture remains inside. For the juiciness of the fish, the preliminary marinating stage is also very important - the fish is saturated with aromatic spices and soaked in additional liquid.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 3
We wash the pink salmon, dry it with paper towels and cut into steaks two centimeters thick. Peel the onions, rinse and cut into thin translucent half rings. Put pink salmon and chopped onions in a wide bowl. In a separate small container, mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt to taste and ready-made spice mixture for fish. If there is no ready-made spice mixture at hand, you can add other suitable aromatic additives instead: a pinch of ground black pepper, a little pounded dried dill, etc. Pour the resulting mixture over the fish and onions and leave for half an hour. During this time, the pink salmon will be marinated and saturated with the aromas of spices.
step 2 out of 3
Heat up the electric grill and lubricate it with a thin layer of olive oil using a silicone brush. Put the pink salmon steaks on a hot electric grill and cook the fish until golden brown for a few minutes. It is important not to overdo or overdry pink salmon.
step 3 out of 3
Remove the hot fish steaks from the electric grill and immediately place them on portioned plates. Serve with vegetables and herbs.

Bon Appetit!
