My pink salmon fillet, cut into pieces and dip them in a mixture of lemon juice and oil. We spread the fish on foil, pour out the rest of the mixture and wrap it in an envelope. We send it to the grill and cook on fire for 20 minutes, then turn over the grate and keep the pink salmon for another 10 minutes.
