Pink salmon on coals

Pink salmon is a low-fat fish, rich in protein and, moreover, is not an expensive product. Pink salmon are most often baked in the oven or salted. I propose to cook pink salmon on the grill, but before that, stuff them with vegetables. The dish turns out to be juicy and aromatic.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Prepare the required ingredients for the dish. Wash the carrots, peel with a vegetable peeler. Peel the onion or red onion.
step 2 out of 8
Take a pink salmon carcass, if necessary, defrost it. Clean from the insides. Rinse thoroughly under running water and pat dry with paper towels or napkins. Peel the garlic and chop with a knife.
step 3 out of 8
Cut the peeled onion into thin rings. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Heat the pan well, add a little vegetable oil, put the vegetables, fry, stirring occasionally, salt and pepper, pour in lemon juice. Stir, remove from heat and cool slightly, stuff the prepared pink salmon with the filling.
step 4 out of 8
Salt pink salmon on both sides, put on a wire rack. Place the grill on the charcoal grill.
step 5 out of 8
Turn the wire rack periodically to cook the pink salmon evenly.
step 6 out of 8
Cook the stuffed pink salmon until golden brown evenly.
step 7 out of 8
Carefully remove the pink salmon from the hot wire rack and place on the prepared dish.
step 8 out of 8
Wash and dry the greens and vegetables thoroughly, serve with pink salmon baked over charcoal.

Bon Appetit!
