Pink salmon royally

Royal salmon is a roasted fish fillet under a vegetable layer with a cheese crust. You can add mushrooms or tomatoes if you wish. It is a complete dish that does not require any side dishes.

Defrost the pink salmon carcass completely, wash, peel, cut off the fins and head. Make an incision along the ridge and peel off the skin, separate the bones from the fillets. Cut the fillet into pieces of 4-5 centimeters.

Peel the onions and cut them into thin half rings.

Wash carrots, peel and grate.

Grease the bottom of the baking dish with a little sunflower oil, add the pink salmon fillet, salt and season to taste. Drizzle with the juice of half a lemon.
