Salting pink salmon at home is as easy as shelling pears. Today we will pickle pink salmon and add one ingredient to our recipe - vodka. It not only enhances the taste of the fish and retains its original color, but also has an antibacterial effect. Pink salmon, salted according to our recipe, turns out to be moderately salty, juicy and very tasty.

Cut the pink salmon fillet into thin slices about 6-8 mm thick. We put pieces of pink salmon in a glass container. Add salt and sugar, mix well.
