I would like to share a delicious and satisfying easy-to-prepare dish that is perfect for any festive dinner or family dinner. Pink salmon with potatoes and mushrooms has an incredible combination of taste and aroma.

If you are using frozen pink salmon, first remove it from the freezer and defrost it a little, then remove the head and tail, peel from the entrails, rinse thoroughly under water and pat dry with paper towels. Then carefully remove the ridge and all other bones.

Cut the prepared pink salmon fillet into small pieces, then put in a deep bowl and cover with the required amount of soy sauce.

Peel the onions. Then rinse in cool running water and cut into thin half rings.

Put the prepared onions in a container with the fish and mix thoroughly. Tighten with cling film and marinate for about 30 minutes.

In the meantime, wash the potatoes thoroughly and peel them with a vegetable peeler, cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices. Put the prepared potatoes in a deep container, add the required amount of mayonnaise, mix well and tighten with cling film. Leave to marinate for about 20 minutes.

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, then dry and cut into thin slices.

Peel the champignons, cut into thin slices. Prepare a baking dish.

Pour a small amount of water, about half a glass, into the bottom of the mold. Then lay out half of the prepared potatoes.
