I want to share a simple and quick recipe for pink salmon with potatoes in my sleeve. The dish turns out to be incredibly tasty, juicy and just melts in your mouth. Try cooking for a family lunch or dinner and your family will thank you.

First of all, deal with the processing of pink salmon. Cut off the head and tail, peel off entrails and fins, then gently rinse and remove the bones. Dry the prepared pink salmon fillet with paper towels.

Peel the onions and rinse in cold water. Rinse the potatoes well in water and then peel them with a vegetable peeler. Wash the tomatoes and pat dry.
