Pink salmon with carrots, cheese and onions in the oven

I want to share another favorite recipe for pink salmon with carrots, cheese and onions cooked in the oven. I often cook such a dish for family holidays and celebrations. Pink salmon turns out to be juicy and tender. I recommend you prepare this simple dish too.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Thoroughly rinse the pink salmon carcass under water, remove the entrails, head and tail fins. Pat dry with paper towels. Carefully remove the bones and ridge, and peel off the skin. As a result, you should have a pink salmon fillet.
step 2 out of 7
Prepare a baking sheet, grease the bottom with a small amount of vegetable oil, then lay out the pink salmon fillets, salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
step 3 out of 7
Peel the onions, rinse in cold water, and then cut into feathers, rings or half rings, the cutting method is not critical. Spread the chopped onion over the pink salmon fillet.
step 4 out of 7
Wash the carrots thoroughly and then peel them with a vegetable peeler. Grate the peeled carrots on a fine grater and spread them over the onions.
step 5 out of 7
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater, set aside a little cheese. Stir most of the cheese with the required amount of sour cream. Cover the grated carrot with sour cream cheese mass. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top.
step 6 out of 7
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake the dish at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Gently remove the hot dish from the oven, cool slightly and serve in portions.
step 7 out of 7
Pink salmon with carrots, cheese and onions can be served as an independent dish or in addition to prepare your favorite side dish for it.

Bon Appetit!
