We wash the pink salmon fillet and cut into pieces. In a small bowl, mix the mustard, juice of one lemon, salt and fish seasoning. And immerse the pink salmon in the prepared mixture, leave for 25 minutes.

Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Also, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Mix vegetables and set them to sauté in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes.
