Pink salmon stewed in the oven

Pink salmon, after cooking, is usually dryish. Therefore, it is better to stew it in the oven on a vegetable pillow. The fish turns out to be juicy, and at the same time a potential side dish is prepared along with it.

Wash and clean the fish.

Cut off the head with tail, remove entrails, fins and all large bones.

Cut the resulting fillet into small pieces.

Grate peeled carrots coarsely.

Peel the onion heads and cut into half rings.
