Pink salmon stewed in milk

Pink salmon stewed in this way has a pleasant baked milk taste. Frying carrots and onions gives the dish a special piquancy.

Peel and grate the carrots, sauté in a little vegetable oil. Add milk.

Salt the pink salmon pre-cut into pieces. Put in a saucepan. I will finish the stewed carrots, sprinkle with onions, cut into half rings. Pour milk over the pink salmon with vegetables, but the onion should not be hidden under it. Close the saucepan with a lid.
