Not so long ago I discovered for myself another recipe for juicy and tender pink salmon. Pink salmon stewed in sour cream with carrots and onions will perfectly complement your favorite side dish. Will also look great as a stand-alone dish.

Defrost pink salmon, and then wash well in running cool water. Remove tail, head and fins, then peel off entrails and rinse well. Dry the prepared carcass with paper towels, and then carefully remove the ridge and remaining bones. Cut the resulting pink salmon fillet into medium-sized pieces.

Combine the required amount of flour and salt in a small plate, mix well. In the resulting dry mixture, roll the pink salmon fillets on both sides. Heat a deep skillet with a thick bottom over medium heat. Then pour in the required amount of vegetable oil and fry the pink salmon slices on both sides until golden brown.

Peel the onions, rinse in cold water, and then cut into small cubes. Take a second frying pan, heat well, pour in a small amount of vegetable oil and put onions, fry until softened.
