Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
For cooking pink salmon in the airfryer, we use fresh gutted pink salmon. Cut off the head and tail - they can be used to make fish soup. We wash the pink salmon carcass well under running water from the inside and outside. We cut the carcass into large steaks, about 2-2.5 cm thick.
step 2 out of 6
At the bottom of the airfryer we install an additional ring (in our model it is provided for by the design), install a grate in the cooking container and grease it with vegetable oil.
step 3 out of 6
In a small container, mix salt, fish spices and lemon juice. Mix well. Sprinkle the pink salmon slices abundantly with the resulting mixture and put them on the grill of the airfryer.
step 4 out of 6
We close the lid of the airfryer and set the cooking temperature to 250 degrees, the cooking time is 40 minutes. We lower the handle on the lid, thereby turning on the airfryer, and leave it for the allotted time.
step 5 out of 6
During the cooking process, there is no need to turn the food - they will cook evenly from all sides, and the smell of fish will remain in the bowl of the airfryer. At the end of the cooking process, the airfryer will beep.
step 6 out of 6
Carefully remove the finished fish from the bowl using kitchen tongs and put it on a plate. The fragrant ruddy fish is ready, you can serve it on the table!
