Pink salmon in the oven with lemon

Lemon has long been recognized as the best addition to fish dishes. This citrus fruit gives the dish a fresh and pleasant aroma. Cook the whole fish in foil according to a simple and quick recipe and get a healthy and delicious dinner.

Wash the lemons and pat dry with a towel. Roll one well on the table so that it better gives all the juice and cut it across into 2 parts. Divide the second fruit in half lengthwise. And cut them into thin slices.

Mash the coriander in a mortar, add the Provencal herbs and squeeze the garlic. Add thyme leaves, salt and pepper. Squeeze the juice of two halves of a lemon into the spice, keeping out the seeds, and mix well with a mortar.

Remove the scales from the fish, cut off the fins, gills and tail. Cut open the belly and remove the insides of the film. Rinse the fish thoroughly in cold water. Make 5 deep cuts on one side of each fish.

Pour the marinade into the cuts, grease the inside of the fish well with it. All fish should be covered with seasoning.

Place lemon wedges in the cut pockets. Put a few pieces inside the pink salmon and place a rosemary branch in the same place.

Unfold the foil, grease the surface where the fish will lie with oil and lay it out, wrapping all the edges on top for easy unfolding after.

Place the fish in the refrigerator to soak in the herbs for 30 minutes. After - place a baking sheet with fish in foil in a preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Unroll the foil and bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes. This will give the dish a nice baked blush.
