Pink salmon in the oven with onions

You can cook juicy pink salmon in the oven according to a very simple recipe. It is the most popular and affordable fish from the salmon family, but it has an equally exquisite taste. Pink salmon, baked with onions in the oven, is well saturated with spices and will simply melt in your mouth.

Wash the pink salmon fillet, wipe with paper towels, cut into four equal parts, transfer them to a deep bowl, sprinkle with salt, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Peel the onion, wash, dry with paper towels, cut into thin half rings. Wash the lemon, dip it with paper towels, cut it in half, cut one half into thin rings, set the other aside, it will be needed later. Line a baking dish with foil so that it extends over the sides of the dish. Pour a little olive oil into the bottom of the mold, spread the onion in an even layer.
