There are a lot of options for cooking pink salmon: it is baked, fried, stuffed, cooked whole, or they prefer to make cutlets. Today we will cook pink salmon baked in the oven in mayonnaise sauce. One has only to marinate the pink salmon for several hours in the marinade, and then bake it in the oven and we get a juicy fragrant fish with a cheese crust.

We take the frozen pink salmon out of the freezer and leave it to defrost at room temperature for a couple of hours. It is better if the pink salmon is not completely thawed - it will be more convenient to work with it. We wash the pink salmon under cool running water, cut off the head and tail and cut the carcass into steaks 2-2.5 cm thick. Sprinkle them with salt.

In a deep bowl, combine mayonnaise, fish spices and finely chopped dill. Mix everything well.
