Pink salmon baked in the oven with vegetables is a wonderful option for a festive dish for any occasion. For convenience, it is best to take a pink salmon fillet, but if there is no possibility, a whole fish will do. A hot dish is prepared from available ingredients and turns out to be very tasty and tender.

Take a pink salmon carcass, if necessary, defrost it. Clean from the insides. Rinse thoroughly under running water and pat dry with paper towels or napkins.
