You can quickly prepare this dish both for the arrival of unexpected guests and for a family dinner. Mayonnaise and sour cream are not added to pink salmon, and cheese and vegetables help the fish stay juicy and appetizing. We bake pink salmon in foil.

We clean the fish of scales, cut off the head and remove the insides. Then we rinse it well with cold water. Remove the tail with fins with scissors. Cut the pink salmon into steaks up to 3 cm thick. Then sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper to your liking.
