Pink salmon in the oven in foil with sour cream

Pink salmon, baked in the oven in foil with sour cream and tomatoes, turns out to be juicy and soft, tender, stewed due to vegetable juices and fat from sour cream. Such a dish is very useful, since it does not use mayonnaise, and also retains all its vitamins, because it is not fried in a pan.
