Pink salmon in kefir, baked in the oven

Pink salmon baked in foil turns out to be very juicy and tender. This is because we pre-marinate the fish and spread a layer of vegetables on it. Vegetables add juiciness and aroma, and the cheese crust on top prevents moisture from escaping. Such a dish can be served in portions directly in foil, preferably hot.

For roasting pink salmon in foil, it is convenient to use steaks no more than three centimeters thick - in this case, they are perfectly baked and do not become dry.

To prepare the marinade, mix kefir with soy sauce. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Stir until completely homogeneous.

Pour the cooked marinade evenly over the fish and leave for 15 minutes to marinate.

Peel, chop and fry onions in a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown.

We wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut into circles.

Rub the cheese on a fine grater. Pass the garlic through a press.

For each steak we form a foil mold. We measure a piece of foil according to the size of the steak and additionally calculate a couple more centimeters for the sides. We bend the sides and pinch them from four sides in the shape of a rectangle.

We lay out the foil forms on a baking sheet.

Put a pink salmon steak in each foil mold.

Distribute the fried onions and chopped garlic on top.

We put the mugs of tomatoes.

Top with a couple of tablespoons of the marinade in which the fish was marinated.

We fall asleep with grated cheese. We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

We take the finished pink salmon in foil out of the oven and serve hot. Can be garnished with fresh parsley sprigs.
