Pink salmon in kefir is an ideal dinner for the whole family. You will need very little time to prepare it. Many people refuse to bake pink salmon, because they consider this fish too dry. But we are ready to assure that if this fish is cooked correctly using kefir marinade, it will turn out juicy and tender.
