Pink salmon in batter on beer

I don't often cook fried fish. Most often I bake it in the oven, it comes out faster and easier. But today I want to share with you a wonderful recipe for fried pink salmon in beer batter.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Preheat the pan well. Pour in plenty of vegetable oil so that it takes up about half the height of the pan. Peel the pink salmon carcass of entrails and fins. Rinse thoroughly under running water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into portions.
step 2 out of 5
Combine salt, black pepper, paprika and dry garlic in a deep bowl. Break a chicken egg, add the required amount of wheat flour. Stir. Pour in half a liter of light beer and, using a whisk or mixer, bring to a uniform consistency.
step 3 out of 5
Dip pieces of pink salmon in beer batter. Then put in boiling oil and fry over medium heat until evenly golden brown.
step 4 out of 5
Put the fried pink salmon on a dish lined with paper towels so that the excess oil is absorbed.
step 5 out of 5
Place the finished fish on a serving dish. Serve the pink salmon in portions with a fresh vegetable salad.

Bon Appetit!
