Pink salmon in batter with onions

It is with great pleasure that I want to share a simple and incredibly tasty recipe for pink salmon in batter with onions. The dish is quite simple to prepare. The result is a fragrant and juicy delicacy. If you want to simplify the cooking process, buy ready-made pink salmon fillets right away.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Defrost the pink salmon, then remove the tail and head. Peel off entrails and fins, rinse thoroughly under running water and pat dry with paper towels. Then carefully remove all the seeds and peel them off. The result should be a pink salmon fillet.
step 2 out of 6
Cut the prepared pink salmon fillet into large pieces, add the required amount of salt, granulated sugar, black pepper and seasoning for fish, mix well and set the fish aside.
step 3 out of 6
Make batter. Peel the onions, rinse under water, and then grate on a fine grater or chop with a blender until smooth. Transfer the grated onions to a deep bowl, then add the required amount of wheat flour and a chicken egg, salt the batter. Then mix with a fork or hand blender until smooth.
step 4 out of 6
Roll the pieces of pink salmon well in the cooked batter. Heat a deep frying pan well over medium heat, then add the required amount of vegetable oil. Put pieces of pink salmon at a short distance from each other, fry on both sides until golden brown. It will take approximately 5 minutes.
step 5 out of 6
Put the prepared pink salmon in onion batter on a dish, previously covered with paper towels. When the excess oil is absorbed, transfer the pink salmon to a serving dish.
step 6 out of 6
Serve fragrant and juicy pink salmon in onion batter in portions with fresh herbs and vegetables.

Bon Appetit!
