Pink salmon in batter with mayonnaise

Not greasy pink salmon is well suited for frying in batter. This dish can be served as a cold appetizer or as a main course with a variety of side dishes.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Defrost the pink salmon, gut, cut off the fins, tail and head, wash.
step 2 out of 8
Make an incision along the ridge and divide the fish into 2 parts. Separate the fillets from the skin and bones.
step 3 out of 8
Cut the pink salmon fillet into slices 3 centimeters thick.
step 4 out of 8
Salt the fish, season to taste, pour with lemon juice, add mayonnaise, mix and leave to marinate.
step 5 out of 8
For batter, beat eggs in a bowl, add flour and grated cheese, mix all the ingredients.
step 6 out of 8
The batter should be thick enough not to drain off the pieces of fish.
step 7 out of 8
Preheat a frying pan, pour in sunflower oil. Dip pieces of pink salmon fillet in batter and send to a frying pan, fry on both sides over medium heat.
step 8 out of 8
Sprinkle the prepared pink salmon in batter with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Bon Appetit!
