Pink salmon in mayonnaise with carrots and onions in a pan

Pink salmon is a wonderful, inexpensive fish that can be cooked in a slow cooker, in the oven, in a frying pan, or on a grill. Fish, cooked in any way, remains juicy and very tender. Today I propose to cook pink salmon in mayonnaise with carrots and onions in a pan. The cooking process will not take much of your time.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Wash the carrots thoroughly with a vegetable brush, and then peel them with a vegetable peeler, grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater. Peel the onions and rinse them under cold water. Cut into thin half rings. Wash the tomatoes under cool water, dry, and then cut into medium-sized cubes, after removing the stalk.
step 2 out of 7
Defrost pink salmon in advance, and then rinse it in running water. Remove head, fins and tail, peel off entrails, then rinse again and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the prepared pink salmon carcass into medium-sized pieces. Place in a deep bowl, add the required amount of salt, black pepper and paprika. Stir well and set aside.
step 3 out of 7
Heat a deep frying pan well over medium heat, add a small amount of vegetable oil, then put onions, carrots and tomatoes, stirring constantly, fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes.
step 4 out of 7
Take a second frying pan, heat well, add the required amount of vegetable oil and lay out the pieces of pink salmon.
step 5 out of 7
Place the fried vegetables on top, spreading them evenly.
step 6 out of 7
In a deep container, combine the required amount of mayonnaise and drinking water, mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency, and then pour the vegetables with pink salmon with the resulting liquid. Cover, reduce heat and simmer fish for about 30 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
Serve the finished pink salmon on the table in portions with your favorite side dish, garnish with finely chopped herbs.

Bon Appetit!
