Pink salmon in mayonnaise with carrots and onions in the oven can be cooked for any family holiday or dinner on a weekday. Pink salmon, cooked in this way, turns out to be juicy and tender. Be sure to try it and you won't regret it.

Put the prepared pink salmon in a deep container, add the required amount of mayonnaise, salt and pepper, add lemon juice if desired, the juice of half a lemon will be enough. Rinse the lemon thoroughly under water, dry it, cut it in half and squeeze the lemon juice out of it. Stir the pink salmon well and leave to marinate for a while.
Meanwhile, peel the onions, rinse under water and cut into half rings. Rinse the carrots thoroughly, peel them with a vegetable peeler, grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater. Heat the pan well over medium heat, add the required amount of vegetable oil. Put onions and carrots, stirring constantly, fry the vegetables until softened.
