Pink salmon is a very tasty and healthy fish. Another significant advantage of this fish is its availability. We bring to your attention a recipe for the preparation of pink salmon, which will literally melt in your mouth. And this is largely due to the carrot-onion layer, which does not allow the fish to dry out and makes it juicy, tender and soft.

Carrots and onions must be washed, peeled and chopped. Onions - in half rings, carrots on a medium grater.

Cover the bottom of the multicooker with half of the chopped onion and grated carrots.

We wash the pink salmon, peel and cut into steaks. Salt and pepper each steak.

Pour a layer of onions and carrots in a slow cooker with sour cream, on top of which we spread pieces of pink salmon.

Then cover the fish with a layer of the remaining carrots and onions. We close the multicooker and turn on the "Baking" mode. We wait twenty-five minutes.
