Pink salmon with sour cream sauce is a very tasty and healthy dish. It is perfect for children and those who are not advised to eat fried foods. Using a multicooker simplifies the process of cooking pink salmon. The finished dish turns out to be juicy and appetizing.

We first take the pink salmon out of the freezer, defrost it, clean it and rinse it thoroughly. Then we cut the fish into small pieces (about 2 cm thick).

Salt the peeled fish pieces and season with ground pepper. Stir and set aside for 15 minutes.

Combine water and sour cream in a convenient container, stir. We clean the cloves of garlic, cut them into slices and add to the sour cream sauce.
