Pink salmon in the sleeve

The dishes baked in the sleeve are especially juicy and soft. With this cooking method, pink salmon will retain all the juice and aroma inside. Cooking this fish is very easy and the process itself will not take much of your time. Try it!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Rinse fresh or well-thawed pink salmon in running water and clean it of entrails and scales. Then rinse the inside of the fish well.
step 2 out of 5
Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and rub well with salt on all sides. The fish should be left for twenty minutes, so that it is slightly marinated.
step 3 out of 5
Put the fish in the baking sleeve and put the pepper and bay leaf in the same place. Close the sleeve with the fish and start baking.
step 4 out of 5
Turn the oven to 170 degrees and place the fish bag on a baking sheet in the preheated oven. Cook the pink salmon for twenty-five minutes and, after the time has passed, remove the fish from the sleeve.
step 5 out of 5
Divide the finished pink salmon into portions and serve with any side dishes, from fresh vegetables to potatoes and cereals.

Bon Appetit!
