Pink salmon in cream with vegetables

Pink salmon is a very juicy red fish with tender meat. It is customary to salt this fish and prepare various soups from them, however, pink salmon baked in cream with vegetables turns out to be especially tender and aromatic. Be sure to try this delicious dish!

First, wash and clean the fish thoroughly, and remove all entrails, fins and scales. Cut the carcass into pieces of equal size, not too small.

Mix the spices in a separate container and dip the fish in them. If you have a little time, then leave the fish to marinate in spices for a couple of hours. If there is no time, then just rub the pieces of fish well with spices and salt.

While the fish is resting in the spices, fry the peeled and chopped carrots and onions over low heat. Transfer the pink salmon to a baking dish, and then place the vegetables on it.

Pour cream over the fish with vegetables, add a little pepper - if necessary. Place the container with the fish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour.

Then remove the fish from the oven and sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the dish. Return the pink salmon to the oven at 230 degrees for another 15 minutes.
