I propose to cook juicy and tender pink salmon in the oven with carrots and onions in sour cream. The dish is perfect both for every day and for a festive feast. The process of cooking pink salmon is quite simple, the most difficult thing is to peel the fish.

Wash the pink salmon thoroughly, then clean it from the entrails, cut off the head, tail and fins. Rinse the carcass thoroughly in water, then dry with paper towels, carefully remove the ridge and other bones. Cut the resulting pink salmon fillet into small pieces. Salt and pepper the pink salmon, mix well.

Rinse the carrots under water, and then, using a vegetable peeler, peel them, grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater. Peel the onions, rinse under water, and then cut into thin quarters.
