I propose to cook juicy and tender pink salmon in the oven with carrots and onions in sour cream. The dish is perfect both for every day and for a festive feast. The process of cooking pink salmon is quite simple, the most difficult thing is to peel the fish.

Wash the pink salmon thoroughly, then clean it from the entrails, cut off the head, tail and fins. Rinse the carcass thoroughly in water, then dry with paper towels, carefully remove the ridge and other bones. Cut the resulting pink salmon fillet into small pieces. Salt and pepper the pink salmon, mix well.
Place pieces of pink salmon in a container with prepared sauce and roll the fish well in it. Grease a baking sheet with a small amount of vegetable oil, and then put the pieces of pink salmon at a short distance from each other, spread the fried vegetables on top, distribute the remaining sauce over the pieces of fish.
