Pink salmon in sour cream in a slow cooker

I propose to prepare a variant of a healthy dinner in a slow cooker. Pink salmon in sour cream turns out to be tender, juicy and aromatic. The dish can be made less nutritious and more useful by using natural yogurt and low-fat cheese instead of sour cream and mayonnaise.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Take a pink salmon carcass, if necessary, defrost it. Clean from the insides. Rinse thoroughly under running water and pat dry with paper towels or napkins. Cut into small pieces.
step 2 out of 5
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Select the Baking or Roasting program on the appliance panel. Season the pink salmon inside and outside with black pepper and salt. Place in a multicooker bowl and fry for about 10 minutes on each side. Do not close the cover of the appliance.
step 3 out of 5
Combine sour cream and mayonnaise in a small bowl, mix thoroughly. Peel the onions and cut into thin half rings. Lay on top of the pink salmon. Wash the greens thoroughly, dry and chop finely. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
step 4 out of 5
Pour the prepared sauce over the pink salmon, spread it evenly with a silicone spatula. Close the device with a lid. Set the "Braising" program, the cooking time is 30 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, open the lid and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and grated cheese. Close the lid and cook until the end of the program.
step 5 out of 5
After the beep, turn off the multicooker, open the lid, carefully put the fish on a dish and serve the pink salmon in sour cream in portions.

Bon Appetit!
