I propose to prepare a variant of a healthy dinner in a slow cooker. Pink salmon in sour cream turns out to be tender, juicy and aromatic. The dish can be made less nutritious and more useful by using natural yogurt and low-fat cheese instead of sour cream and mayonnaise.

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Select the Baking or Roasting program on the appliance panel. Season the pink salmon inside and outside with black pepper and salt. Place in a multicooker bowl and fry for about 10 minutes on each side. Do not close the cover of the appliance.
Pour the prepared sauce over the pink salmon, spread it evenly with a silicone spatula. Close the device with a lid. Set the "Braising" program, the cooking time is 30 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, open the lid and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and grated cheese. Close the lid and cook until the end of the program.
