Pink salmon in sour cream sauce in a pan

I highly recommend using my favorite and simple recipe for pink salmon in sour cream sauce in a pan. The dish turns out to be just perfect in texture, the fish remains firm, but juicy and tender. Cooking pink salmon in sour cream sauce will not take much of your time, and the dish will turn out to be simply incredibly tasty.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Combine wheat flour, salt and black pepper in a deep bowl. Mix thoroughly. If desired, you can add any seasonings and spices for the fish.
step 2 out of 4
If you are using frozen pink salmon, first remove it from the freezer and defrost it a little, then trim the tail and head, and also remove the entrails and fins. Rinse the fish thoroughly under running water and then pat dry with paper towels. Cut the prepared pink salmon carcass into steaks. Roll the pink salmon steaks well on both sides in the previously prepared dry mixture.
step 3 out of 4
Heat a deep frying pan well over moderate heat, add the required amount of vegetable oil, and then fry the pink salmon pieces on both sides until golden brown. Pour the fried fish with the required amount of sour cream. Cover the skillet with a lid, reduce heat and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
step 4 out of 4
Serve the cooked pink salmon in sour cream sauce with fresh vegetables or herbs.

Enjoy a delicious and satisfying meal.
