Pink salmon baked with vegetables

Baked pink salmon is a healthy dish that you can eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can supplement it with vegetables, they will add juiciness to dry pink salmon.

Defrost pink salmon completely, gut, cut off the head, fins and tail, rinse under running water, dry with paper towels. Cut the fish into several 4-5 cm thick pieces, put them in a bowl, salt and season to taste, pour over with lemon juice and leave for 10 minutes.

Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into thin half rings, grate the carrots or cut into strips.

Heat a frying pan, pour in sunflower oil, fry the onions and carrots for 8-10 minutes, salt and season to taste during the frying process. Cool the vegetable mass and mix with green peas.
