Fried pink salmon

Fried crispy fish is a great option for preparing fish for a festive table or for a family dinner. So easy to prepare, but surprisingly tasty, it is, by the way, perfect for a potato or rice side dish, or for stewed vegetables, you choose!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 3
We take pink salmon for cooking, fresh or frozen. Frozen - you must first defrost a little. We clean the fish from the scales and remove the fins. We make a neat longitudinal incision on the abdomen and gut it. We rinse well with water, cut off the head and tail. Cut the finished carcass into small steaks, 3-4 centimeters wide. Put the chopped pink salmon in a deep bowl, add salt and spices for the fish. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
step 2 out of 3
Pour flour into a flat plate. We set the pan to warm up on the fire. Pour in vegetable oil. Dip each piece of pink salmon well in flour and put it in a hot pan so that the pieces do not stick tightly to each other. Fry pink salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side. It must be remembered that pink salmon is not a very juicy fish and the main thing is not to overexpose it in a pan, otherwise it will be completely dry. Remove the finished fish from the pan and put it on a dish.
step 3 out of 3
Serve hot pink salmon. An excellent side dish for fish will be rice with vegetables, baked vegetables, or boiled potatoes. If desired, the fish can be garnished with lemon wedges and fresh herbs. Bon Appetit!
