Pink salmon fried in sour cream

You can quickly and tasty cook such fish as pink salmon by frying it in sour cream with onions. From simple everyday products, juicy fish is made in a hurry.

Cut the pink salmon, cut the carcass into 4-5 pieces. The tail with the head can be put into the freezer and made into a soup afterwards. Peel the onion.

Chop the onion into half rings.

Sprinkle pieces of pink salmon with salt and ground pepper. Rub the seasonings into pieces of fish with your hands. You can add any spices you like.
