Pea porridge with smoked chicken breast

Peas and smoked meats in both soup and porridge go well in taste. This dish will appeal not only to lovers of peas. It is prepared simply and quickly, which is important when there is no time to stand at the stove. Both yellow and green peas are suitable for porridge, only they must be crushed, otherwise the porridge will not work.

Rinse the pre-soaked peas well, transfer to a pot for cooking porridge and pour cold water 15 cm above the peas level.
